Haven't checked my PMs for a while. I (if the subject actually reflected the content) received a similar spam message, but from a different user. There are quite a few bogus users registered these days. (It's been that way for a while, but I thought they were just inactive users and couldn't do anything).

Yes deleting cookies "fixes" it... until I have to do it again. Which isnt usually a problem, but perhaps I can actually tell what the problem is.

Aha! I found the problem with the forums. Somehow the session id is not getting put on the links of a page when it is visited, and then vb thinks you're not logged in. It seems intermittent though.
Also, vbulletin must be checking if the client as ANY vbulletin cookies because it refused to log me in until I deleted the only cookie from westsideyouth. (And it appears now that I'm logged in there are no cookies, so it must only be using the url session id). Oh well... I feel better now that I've gotten closer. Now this thread is quite off topic... --Duncan Macklin; EDIT: Perhaps I can block cookies from westsideyouth [I know this could have been another reply, I just don't like inflating my post count ]

lol yea it has quite a few issues, for instance the westsideyouth.com page is hosted on a google site and so the URL messing up bc of that. also the cookies thing... I couldn't log in yesterday for that reason, i deleted the cookie from this site and it worked.
and yes I have facebook. go to facebook.com/gmlumpy and add me.
